"Upon initial observation, I was skeptical about staying at this facility, because it was clearly an older property, and didn’t have the safety feature that I’m accustomed to. Such as, entrance into the hotel rooms or directly off the parking lot, as opposed to entering from an inside hallway.

"The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean.
