We left the room early in the morning and came back late in the evening and still no housekeeping. Shower curtain was installed at wrong height so the bathroom floor turned into a pool and there was no fixing it."

"Check in was a breeze, parking was easy and convenient. Room was fabulous overlooking the marina and included a roomy balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh."

"The Location was very convenient to Orange beach and Foley. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast but if you are wanting a lot of variety it might not be for you. Overall room was clean comfortable beds nice staff and parking was great, would mostly definitely stay here again!"

"Resort was nice and clean Really nothing else to do other than hang by the pool or beach side. Not a fan of Country music playing all day by the pool or Lobby area. It would be nice if their were alternative live music artist however 4 days was a little too much of Country I guess they cater to certain ears!!!"

"At the time of check in, the front desk staff Carlos and Crystal were very friendly and helpful. However, onc inside the room, there were very noticeable housekeeping mishaps. I don't like to complain, but there was much to complain about. First, there was a bottle of headache relief pills in the nightstand drawer. There was an unused pull-up diaper by the bed near the window. There was also trash from not vacuuming the carpet under the sofa/chair that had to be moved to use the pull out sofa...

"We stayed four nights. Location was great. Staff at front desk was helpful when they were there. Website states beach towels were provided, yet when you ask for towels it is for pool only. It’s hard to go to beach without a towel. There were several unattended kids running wild throughout the hotel daily. We tried to get a drink at the bar and were totally ignored.
