"This is a classic motel with room doors on the outside and no elevator. The property was well taken care of. It all looked like it had been remodeled not too long ago and was kept clean. I thought the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. There was no parking the first night for some reason, but I was able to park at an adjoining property. "The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience."

"The toilet was stopped up the shower curtain was on the floor. I told the guy at reception and he said that he was gonna get me to come up there then he called and said no one was answering. Then I told the lady at the recession desk the next morning very disappointed."

"Clean and modern. Safe area. Close to restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to downtown. Only annoyance was one of the two elevators being out of service. "

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."

"Very dirty carpet. Microwave had food from previous people. Beds had chocolate stains from previous ppl. Breakfast and coffee were just ok. "

"The room and shared spaces were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a pool table and shuffleboard table in the lobby that my kids and I enjoyed playing. We absolutely will stay there again when we are back in the area. "

"Beware the restaurant and bar are no longer there, the free breakfast was pretty bad. Not much to choose from. Construction going on in the lobby and gym area. "
