"Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room. "We stayed 6 nights at this wonderful accommodation. Throughly enjoyed our stay as well as all that the far North has to offer. The hosts were so hospitable and engaging. They certainly made us feel at home and nothing was too much for them. The view of the harbour from our hilltop room was spectacular and the surrounding native bush was the perfect get away.
