"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn.
