"We had a great time at The Perch both before and after the concert at Capital one Hall.. Food and drinks were delicious and not overly expensive, they even have live music, corn hole games and expansive lawn. It truly felt like a neighborhood and not the top of a building!"

"Best was the shuttle driver ( didn't get his name) who met us at the airport and was willing to take out backpacks to the hotel which allowed us to take the Metro directly into the city. Room was very clean and spacious. Best was tub mat with suction cups that make shower doable for seniors."
