"Room was how it appeared in the photos. Maybe even larger than I expected. Parking is a bit tricky. There are a lot of garage entrances around the building so I had to circle it once before I found the correct entrance. Also specific slots on 4 and 5 were full when we got there. I checked with the desk and learned that I could park between 6 and 9 on unmarked spaces so that was helpful. Patio area was really unique and inviting. "When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. "
