Hotels in Northern Virginia with Complimentary Breakfast

"When coming in the room there was an off putting smell , not fresh but faint smoky and dog smell. Had to go and get some air freshener and febreeze spray. Also, the air conditioning out put was sub par, it never reached the low temperature we set it for, like 65 degrees; seems like the filters needed to be changed. Called down to front desk and no one answered at around 8:30, 9 and around 10. I used the rooms phone and me cell phone. Only enjoyment I got was the room was clean despite the smell,...
