"Would 1000% recommend staying here! This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They provided recommendations to go to bicycling in the bird park and it was really easy to rent a scooter too! They definitely showcased the best of Ninh Binh"

"Room was small and the shower room and toilet doors were opening to the room touching the floor, making water come to the room's floor. It was not a big problem and not a maintenance issue but how the room was built/designed. Otherwise, service was great - staff were all very helpful and kind; location was very convenient (5 minute walk to the lake, to cathedral, to Circle K (24 hour convenience store), to banh mi stores, to a number of local cafes. We are happy with our stay at Grand Cititel...

"Look no further, it is THE place you want. Whole building was recently renovated, rooms are in perfect order. Duyen and her family will take care of you as if you were related but in all seriousness, they really care which makes the place special as opposed to other places. There is a restaurant called Thao Beo Restaurant Bar within the premises operated by them, great food and good price, I also highly recommend it. I truly cannot recommend this place enough."
