Giang at the front desk was extremely helpful, and repeatedly assisted us with transportation to and from local attractions and to the airport. Mrs. Jennie also helped us get transportation from the airport to the hotel which was a lifesaver especially when we arrived internationally for the first time in Vietnam. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"My room was clean with appropriate amenities. There was a bit of dust under the bed but nothing terrible. As I mentioned to the front desk on my way out my shower did leak around the drain a bit. A minor caulking event. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in the restaurants and in the Spa. I could live in the hotel forever. "

"Breakfast: they have wide menu, what they can cook for you (7 types of dishes with eggs and list of vietnamese dishes), 4-6 types of fresh fruits and a lot of different food overall. Location: amazing, close to everything but not crowded and noisy Staff: ultra friendly, I wanted to get knife for fruits, but they forced me to give fruits to them and they made pretty plate with fruits by themself. Room: good, stylish, big balcony with good view I strictly advice to stay here, will visit this place again"
