"I just want to say how unbelievably rude, off putting and un helpful the concierge is! I have never experienced such poor hospitality in all of my travels. Glaring at me as I approached her. So unwilling to offer any information besides a old marked up peice of paper with scratched out phone numbers. Not even a hello or welcome. As some who also works in hospitality I’ve never seen such a poor display in my career from any co workers either. If she hates her job so much she should quit instead...

"We had a lovely time at Phineas Swann. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms and common area were comfortable and clean. Hot tub was a bonus! We will be back!"
