"Noticed a slight earthy taste in the water on our 1st day, didn’t think anything of it. On the second day I noticed the bath water when I filled the tub was slightly brown. This unit has had “boil water” advisories in the past. Asking the state board of health to help determine what was in the water."

"We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The gas-fired fireplace kept us warm and cozy. The location is beautiful with tall trees and mountains all around. It's also close to many fun things to see and do. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.We will definitely return!"

"The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to Stowe and so much more! Minutes from Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Ben & Jerry’s; close to Shelburne Farms, Burlington, and Montpelier. And if you’re a fly fisher, you’re literally on top of the perfect resource for everything you need! The apartment is roomy, clean and comfortable. Although it’s over the shop, it’s completely private. We thoroughly enjoyed it and I’m sure we’ll be back!"

"The 1800’s house must have been grand. The unit was both newly renovated, but still maintained a historic feel. There is an investigation of carpenter ants in the unit though that will need to be addressed. Sometimes there were none visible. At many other times there were ~3, but sometimes several, were simultaneously visible."

"The well-stocked kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools worked well for our group of four. The mattresses were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right. The bath towels were plush and large. We would absolutely stay here again. There are a few things to be aware of. There was a raised wood strip between the wood floor in the kitchen to the wood floor in the living area. Until we got used to this, we "tripped" over the strip a few times.
