Hotel Pantai di Switzerland Utara

"One of the beds was old and not suitable for sleeping, I had requested a replacement but staff simply turned it over which didn’t help at all. After another request it was finally replaced. In a junior suite, I would expect excellent quality and promptly addressing the issue. Restaurant food was excellent; however, service staff not well trained and not in line with experiences prior to the renovation or what would be expected from this hotel."

"Close to shopping and the train station. Room was quite big. Staff friendly and professional."

"Perfect hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was the best I had in Switzerland. Comfortable and large room."

"Great"

"This isn’t just a great hotel, it’s one of the best in the world. Treat yourself if you are traveling to Zurich. Can’t wait to go back"

"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of old town Zürich."

"The hotel room was very large and what you would refer to as minimalist. It did not offer a fridge or safe. It was clean but only had shower gel no lotion etc. Also lobby coffee machine required payment. The breakfast was great with great staff."

"Not enjoy"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Very cozy vibe to it, on the smaller side but had everything for me as 1 person. Staff friendly and helpful. Has air conditioning which is a plus, though it does not cool room down that much which hotel is aware of and had fan already in my room which was sufficient. Great location! Very central and near river. Cons: there is nowhere to stay in the lobby should you get there early and need a place to relax before room, breakfast is 20 CHF which is honestly not...

"Property was undergoing painting and covered with scaffolding top to bottom. We should have been notified prior to arrival. Our rate should have been reduced due to the odor of the new paint, even though it was outside."

"The property gets a poor rating because the Wifi was terrible. The connection would drop every few minutes and when it was connected, the strength was weak. When we talked to the front desk(where the signal was excellent), they explained to us that our room, 205 being at the end of hall, the signal wasn't strong there!! That didn't help us a whole lot. I'm sure that we went not the first first guests to complain about the issue. If you are going to charge $250 a night, your Wifi better work....

"The staff are so friendly and helpful, there’s a nice vibe and the guests are happy also! … in particular I was observing marc the receptionist jolly conversation with an old English gentleman… it was nice… and there’s a chocolate fountain at the door. "
