The coolest appt/hotel on our trip

The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again.

The Self check in got us worried but was really simple after all. Fantastic accommodation in pleasant surroundings. Only gripe would be the loose door handles on bathroom door making it nervous to shut the door!!! And kids had to keep switching the battery between two tv controllers 😂 Would definitely stay again and are already searching their other properties.

Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen cloths to wipe counters and spills or wash some dishes by hand. There was no dishwasher soap. Just a few essentials would have made the stay more pleasant. I went to the store to buy a few things. Staying with kids you need these things. But overall the stay was pleasant and price was good. Thank you.

Traumatic Experience

We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste from the previous guests in the trash can (what?). The most absurd problem occurred on the morning of our departure. Before checkout time, two cleaning staff members asked if we were already leaving. We noticed that they were waiting in the car for us to leave, making us feel pressured to leave the chalet. Then exactly five minutes before checkout time, they knocked on our door, pressuring us to check out: “at 11 you leave,” which even sounded like a threat. The two men stood at the door waiting for us to leave; we had to close the curtain to have some privacy. It was the first time this had happened to us; we had never been kicked out of a place before checkout time, especially after having so many problems with the check-in. We left at 11:05 am.

Great value for money. It lies in what appears to be a housing neighbourhood, but thats ok. We did have one guest throw out a cigarette from the upper floor that hit our car - and it made a burnmark.. so dont park next to the stairs.

Self check in didnt work on arrival. 2 phone calls later we finally got in. There is a really unsafe gap between the apartment and the stairs where I got my foot caught in and ended up at the hospital with ligament damage. No communication back from the owners regarding the situation. The apartment itself was nice enough but the shower was filthy and everywhere was dusty. Really didnt want to stay but after getting back from the hospital at 9pm didnt have much choice. Out again at 8am thank god. Please avoid!

We struggled with the self check-in, and ended up having to call them for help. Booking this place trough hotels.com is not recommended, all personal info except your name must be registered during check-in, which makes the process even worse. We were five adults. And had three towels to share. For two nights stay! When we talked to customer service, they promised house keeping would deliver the next day. We saw no house keepers.. The coffe machine was dirty. Old water in it and at least six used capsules in it. Obviously not cleaned. The bathroom floor was not washed, we found debris from previous guests on it. And there was only two drinking glasses, and forks and knives for four people. Again, we were five adults. And we were traveling with family. They were two adults and three children. They had booked a superior cabin, and received a regular one! With one bed on the open loft and a sleeping sofa. Sleeping arrangements for four people! One of the children ended up sleeping on the cushions from the sofa, and had no bed linen. They would not deliver this the day we arrived. They did however promise that they would get a bigger cabin the next day. They did not.. and they were promised towels and linens when they couldn’t get the bigger cabin. Noone showed up with this.. so they too were five people with three towels, and four beds! We are so sad that this place ended up being this terrible, because it has great potential. But the customer service is the worse ever!

Der online Check in verläuft nicht immer reibungslos. Das telefonisch an gefragte Personal hilft aber. Die Apartments waren überhitzt und schlecht zu regulieren. Der toilettensitz war nach einer Woche immer noch kaputt. Das Sofa hatte Flecken. Haare auf der küchenzeile. Kaputte Jalousien auch noch nach einer Woche.

Wir waren um 15 Uhr bei dem Zimmer und konnten nicht rein,da das Zimmer noch nicht aufgeräumt war und wir denn Code zum einchecken nicht bekommen hatten.Nach dem dritten Telefonat haben wir das Zimmer storniert.

Auf den ersten Blick sehr stylisch. Dann offenbaren sich aber einige Dinge. Nur ein Glas in der Küche, viele Flächen sind sehr staubig. Das Wasser in der Dusche fließt sehr schlecht ab (wir waren in zwei Chalets weil wir zwischendurch gewechselt sind, der schlechte Abfluss war in beiden Wohnungen gleich), der Kühlschrank ging kaputt, viele Lebensmittel mussten weggeworfen werden und wir hatten Wasser in der Wohnung stehen. Ein Urlaubstag fiel so ins Wasser. Auf eine Mail bzgl. finanziellen Ausgleichs für den verlorenen Tag und die verdorbenen Lebensmittel wurde nicht reagiert. Wir raten klar von einer Buchung in dieser Unterkunft ab.

Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel) ist kaputt. Das Bett ist nicht gut erreichbar, man muss "reinkrabeln". Es gibt keinen Besen, um mal zwischendrin auszufegen. Auch in der Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben.

Self Check in hat sehr schlecht funktioniert, wie wir mitbekommen haben am nächsten Tag genauso, jede war auf telefonische Hilfe angewiesen, da die Schlüsselkarten nicht selber erstellt werden konnten- ca. 1 Std für check-in gebraucht. Terassenrür war nicht absperrbar,cda die Batterie lehr war, Reoaratur hat sich um 6 Stunden verzögert.

Eigentlich braucht man für ein gutes Gefühl umd eine erholsame Nacht keinerlei Luxus. Aber was nützt die modernste Technik, wenn sie nicht funktioniert und vor allem, wenn es nicht sauber ist: die Laken sind fleckig und löchrig, Laken für das Schlafsofa und Kissenbezüge fehlten, der Müll von mindestens einem Vormieter war schimmlig im Eimer. Es gibt keine Reinigungsutensilien, also haben wir das Geschirr lieber nicht genutzt. Wie kann eine so schöne Anlage so lieblos betrieben werden? Wenn es am Geld liegt, dann lieber erhöhen und dafür Sauberkeit in allen Ecken. Dazu gehören auch die Decken (staubige Spinnweben) und die Ritzen in der Terasse (Besteck und Müll). Bis dahin leider nicht empfehlenswert, trotz guter Lage.
