"Great service from the people in the reception. Nice room, but only two smaller windows facing the backyard. Fresh decoration, nice bed, good shower, and we had our breakfast included. Only stayed for one night, but can certainly recommend this hotel. Right in the middle of the town, on the promenade. Even had a lovely walk on the beach before leaving this nice town."

"Very convenient location near Metro and bus stops. Right at the edge of the old town and city plaza, perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the square. Also a 5 minute walk from Gran Via for shopping, and 15-20 minute walk to the Guggenheim. "

"Hotel was located just at the edge of the main shopping and dining areas of central Bilbao. Everything seemed to be within walking distance and very convenient. Our suite was clean and large, had a separate bedroom with king bed and living area with pull-out sofa bed. It was perfect for our visit since we were dropping off our son to university and he needed to stay with us for a few days before checking into his dormitory. Breakfast was also included and consisted of pastries, breads, eggs,...
