"Everything as expected. Clean room(room maintenance everyday) Nice garden and volcano views. Staff was friendly didnt have any issue . One down side there is no coffee table on balcony only 2 chairs. Relaxing hot springs sometimes overcrowded. Breakfast buffet was ok with a lot of food selections. "

"Staff were so friendly, rooms were exceptional. Hot springs pools and waterfalls are amazing. The Rio club attached was well worth visiting. So beautiful and I highly recommend the river tubing. "
