"The staff was absolutely incredible, but unfortunately, it was extremely noisy from the road noise the motorcycle store nearby, and it literally sounded like there was an elephant upstairs from my room, the stomping and the banging of the doors you could even hear anyone breathing or coughing I brought it up to the properties attention and I have yet to hear from anyone about a refund. In addition, Expedia actually messed up my reservation and I submitted for a refund and they keep saying they’re gonna get back to me, but they never have even though the manager at the time said that when Expedia reached out to them to process and approve the refund that they would approve it however, because I did not buy the protection I feel that my reservation was intentionally messed up. For this reason alone, it’s doubtful that I will ever book another hotel through Expedia"

"When i arrived (late at night) the staff person was obviously tired and wearing too many hats. She was friendly and the ratings don’t reflect her but rather the poor management. My room was partially ready. She told me she would need to bring me up my towels, pillow cases and bed topper. I told her i would take them since she was covering the front desk. She was appreciative. My room was directly across from the elevator and noisy ice machine. I walked in the room and it was TINY! Sleeping area is just slightly larger than the queen bed. I made my bed but was overwhelmed by a terrible smell the moment I had walked into the room. Smelled like pickles! I called down and asked if i could be placed in another room but she told me none were available. She offered to bring me up some room freshener. I offered to come down and get it from her. When i was handed the bottle it was a bottle previously of window cleaner that was written on that said “room freshener “. I doubt that is OSHA compliant! I also let her know that there was a vacuum sitting out in the middle of hallway on our floor. I suspect she was wearing the hat as manager as well as housekeeper. The freshener made it bearable to sleep so that was good. Breakfast was skimpy with obvious cost saving measures. Front desk AM clerk was dressed in a T-shirt and tight pants which wasn’t a professional look. Clerk didn’t ask me how my stay was. Didn’t really acknowledge me. Dryer broken and no printer paper at night."

"What a pleasant experience I had at this hotel. I was in the area for a funeral, and had driven a long way. The front desk clerk was so friendly and upgraded my room since they were not sold out. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice outdoor patio area with a fountain where I sat to read a book. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Coffee and hot water were available in the lobby all the time, along with cookies. I would recommend it."

"Staff members very pleasant. Bar very good. Room was atrocious. Bathroom had knowing sink inside the sink was outside of the bathroom one single sink next to the refrigerator one small mirror in the room other than a full length mirror by the door no mirrors in the bedroom area lighting was very poor cleanliness needed to be addressed, I will never stay there again. I have never in my life seen a hotel with one sink not in the bathroom. You have to exit the bathroom go into the room and stand next to the refrigerator which I think is really unsanitary to use the bathroom sink!"
