"we had only a short one-day stay. it was comfortable. had a particularly good sleep. the only thing that was a bit problematic was the heating system... but we did manage to work it out."

"We started our stay with having to switch rooms due to the noise of the lobby door opening and closing. Then our room tv didn’t work but when we called there was nothing they could do. The pool was over crowded by 15 people even though there were signs and no staff was present to monitor. Pool area was also dirty. Kids were horsing around in the hot tub with no supervision from adults when the sign clearly states no kids under 16. Again where’s the staff! Breakfast was a joke. Long lines, running out of food and a disgusting mess everywhere. No where to sit no staff cleaning tables or trays to take up to your room. Over all I feel like I was ripped off, I will not ever stay at this hotel again."

"They accommodated me during my day over, which I was able to leave my vehicle for an extended period of time, including my shuttle to and from the airport. My room as always was very exceptional and super clean uncomfortable. The breakfast is a handy breakfast to have if you are running late or would just like a late snack. It’s a standard hotel breakfast. "

"The check in staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub area were not cleaned well and they did not monitor the people going in and out either the wrist bands they give you you’re supposed to wear. The slide was also closed when it was supposed to be open so couldn’t use it. The room was alright but no control over heat or air and constant noise like a generator coming on and off coming from the pool. There is also no smart TV just regular so need you’re own Amazon stick to watch anything other then tv. Restaurant and bar were descent with good options. What they didn’t inform me of is that they have shelter program vans dropping people off to stay at the hotel? I was bothered and followed countless times. Some people were nice well others made me uncomfortable and for $170 a night I didn’t expect all of this. Won’t be booking again and would request a refund if possible."

"We enjoyed our stay at Valhalla hotel! Not only the hotel was great, but the staff was very friendly and informative. Being close to the airport and offering free shuttle and park 'n fly as an amenity was definitely one of the highlights! We recommend staying here!"
