"This property is a hotel resort and casino. We look forward to playing on the casino floor and it turns out they are doing an upgrade, which meant that if you had a win at the machines they had to hand pay you instead of receiving a ticket. It was extremely cumbersome and took away the fun. They also couldn't print players cards that customer wasn't eligible for any of the rewards. "I went looking for the ice machine could not call the front desk from my room to ask locations so I actually went to the front desk, they stated there was a phone service issue then told me were to find the Ice machine then after going to the vending location sadly my room key would not access the Vending area. Frustrated I never got any ice"

"The view was ok. No restaurant. Had to cross the street to cactus Pete's casino. Only most expensive restaurant was open. Food was good and large. "

"The owners have definitely tried to spruce this place up. Very clean and bathroom was a nice place to shower. I’ve machine was broken but manager had a bag of ice to fill bucket. Bed was very soft. Too soft for us, but some people might like that. It was okay for one night on the way to somewhere else."

"I was very happy with my stay here. The people running this establishment were very friendly and obviously put a lot of effort into keeping the property clean and the environment enjoyable. The only issues that I experienced, were the remote for the cable and TV did not communicate properly with the TV. Had to actually get up and walk to it to adjust the volume or the power button. (I knew that I should have brought a child with me. Lol.) And it's an older building and it had limited outlets...
