"A true 4 star hotel. Very clean, big room, great spa, great staff. I would return there in a heartbeat."

"All good, thanks"

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent with access to metro, grocery, and restaurants."

Ver clean and good hospitality."

"Overall this hotel was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again. The check-in process was a bit rocky as the line was long. I asked to store luggage because it was early for room check-in. I got moved to another person who asked for our room number, but we didn't have one as we hadn't yet checked it. So we had to wait longer to speak with someone to see if we can either get a room number or check-in despite it being early. Seems like we should be able to store luggage...

Atendentes bem atenciosos"
