"Matt in reception kindly gave us an upgrade which was appreciated. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location not to far to walk into CBD. Overall we enjoyed our night stay. Would stay again and would recommend."

Location was fantastic as could walk to the Penguin Tour and to the Lobster Shack and just about anything else you would need in this very lovely, very welcoming town."

"Just beautiful. The location is slightly outside the CBD so it's lovely and quiet but very walkable. And hoo-boy, it's SO pretty! Absolutely loved staying here and it will be our Launie hotel forever now"
