"This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’m staying Icall them before arrive, and I asked them if the pool was working they say yeah it’s open until 10 pm, when I get there, the pool was out of services.. and every day they said they’re gonna fix it and they never fix it.. and also the rooms are very dirty and it was no water on the showers.."

"El hotel esta bien, no de maravilla. Esta limpio. Pero el personal son muy buenos para cobrarte lo necesario pero a la hora de un reembolso t lo hacen demasiado dificil. No son de mas amable. El restaurante tampoco es de lo mas agradable. Los meseros podrian ser un poco mas amables. Tienen un menu pero no todo lo que esta ahi, lo tienen disponible."

"El hotel es excelente, con muy buena ubicación, muy cerca a las letras de Mazatlan. Te recomiendo reservar cuarto con vista al MAR no te vas a arrepentir, vale la pena pagar un poco mas. El area de el alberca es de lo mejor con el agua calentita lo cual nos encantó, y la vista hacia el mar y el malecón es de lo mejor! El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesitamos y estaba todo muy limpio. Nos sorprendió cada detalle dentro de la habitación. Todo el personal tanto de limpieza, recepción, bar y seguridad muy amables y atentos. El hotel huele riquísimo desde que ingresas. También nos entregaron el cuatro un poco antes del check in, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros porque tenemos niños. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y la comida muy rica. Si vienes en familia te va encantar este hotel porque lo tiene todo, Definitivamente será nuestro hotel siempre que vengamos a Mazatlán."

"The rooms have been recently updated and the beach access was PERFECT! The restaurant next door had live music and a breakfast buffet on Friday and Saturday. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again !!! We loved it"

"The room comes with local A/C so it is very noisy. Bed and linens were ok, but the desc, chair and restroom need maintenance urgently. My room was located by the emergency exit, so I heard every single activation of the door… Noise all night and day… Ok place to crash for one night, but I’m sure that for 20 bucks you can get a better deal at the near by hotels."
