Hotel Romantik di Lower Peninsula Utara

"When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. "Room and property were clean and staff extremely helpful, very welcoming and friendly. Pricing for our room not facing the beach made it a terrific value. Breakfast, one of 4-5 options of various packaged foods, which was OK if unremarkable, was delivered to your room door in the AM, which was nice. Overall: great value on a nice stay!"

"My room was as far away as it could get. In spite of asking for ground floor i was on third floor at far end of hall. Bed hurt my back so much i had to sit in a chair to ease it. No wake up call."

"Friendly attentive staff. Contacted me to make sure the room was acceptable. Walk out the backdoor of the room and you are on the beach. Easy to get to everything."
