"Very friendly, quiet and good location"

"The bed comfort was on par with 5 star hotels. The room has most everything you need, mini fridge, usb outlets in abundance, free 24 hour coffee and water machine in lobby. Excellent breakfast with amazing waffles. April ( I think that’s her name, she was training someone) was a super breakfast attendant. Really high ceilings which was a surprise so nice large room. Only negative is there is no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors TV, people upstairs walking around, hallway noise. Luckily...

"Was not aware facility was having parking lot repaved until arrival, making parking a bit of a challenge. Illumination in the room could have been better designed. No night light in toilet tub area, forcing one to turn on an extremely bright ceiling light when using the facility during the night. In addition, the placement of the coffeemaker was in a spot where virtually no light fell, making it harder to operate. There appeared to be no temperature control on the mini refrigerator."

"We had very pleasant interactions with the staff and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, and even the ferry to Mackinac Island. We were excited that our room was at the end of the building and hall as we hoped we'd have a window. We had a good laugh when our only view was the hallway. The room was very clean and the bathroom was too. We had a very good price for a room on a weekend and in week season. We just needed a clean place to rest our head...

"We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach for 1 night. It was chilly weather 55-64 F so we were unable to use the beach. There are many chairs facing the water. We had a balcony and did sit for a few minutes to enjoy the beautiful view. There is an indoor pool & hot tub. "The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations."

"We had to change room 3 times bc of damaged door hardware and keys not working. It took a long time to check in. Employee was by himself. The person he called couldnt help him . Im not sure he was properly trained. The physical property was very nice but everything else was sub par."
