"Staffs are working hard"

"Outdoor pool was nice and kids had a blast. There was a pool port that had an incredible suction on the side of the pool that is a major safety hazard. Feared one of our children’s hair getting caught in it. We notified night shift staff and day shift staff before checkout. Hopefully it was repaired quickly. The rooms were the largest we’ve ever had. AC was cool, laundry available. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"It was an ok property. Check in was smooth, room was clean, but the pool - which is a big deal for my kids, was dirty, and had bugs swimming in it."

"Our room was literally missing half the glass shower door panel so water sprayed everywhere when we showered! AI assistant responded via text when I texted front desk about it instead of an actual person. The pool was Tiny and overcrowded and hardly any chairs around it annd no towels to be found for pool. Also the cable in our room continually glitched so we couldn’t watch tv. We waited over 20 min to check in due to being short staffed. Overall pretty disappointing stay and this hotel...

"Clean room very pleasant staff"

"The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortably firm. The adjacent restaurant/lounge had delicious pizza and the attached store was quaint."

"The room information book in the room said that breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays was served until 10 am. Surprisingly found out it was until 9:00 am. No instructions at reception. Ice bucket with no liners. Overall, needs a new coat of paint and new carpets. Swimming pool abandoned."

"I always stay here when I drive to Oregon. It’s easy to find, safe, quiet, my parking is usually in front of my room. This place is just convenient for me. No complaints."

"The toilet seat was poorly secured and at 4:30am I was sitting on the toilet doing my business, leaned right to get the toilet paper, the toilet seat disconnected from the toilet and fell on the floor to the left, I fell on the floor to the right injuring my arm and hitting my head. The front seat person was quite unconcerned, did eventually send a repair person to replace the unsafe toilet seat."

"Dirty room, dirty shower, horrible bed"

"Super cool place BUT, the walls on the upper rooms are single wall i think because the guest in 201 i was in 202 arrived back from a party at midnight and not only could i see the light from her room in my bedroom i could hear every word she and the person she was talking to on the phone with for 45 minutes. It was terrible. Also I had the Ribeye steak for dinner and they put some kinda sauce on it that I did not care for. May be better on a weekday."

"Everything was absolutely great! The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was the indoor pool was way too cold to swim in it felt like swimming in the ocean."

"Too close to freeway"

"Room was immaculate and well appointed. Fixtures and furnishings are modern. Comfortable bed, climate control was great. Check in and check out were easy/completed by phone/browser. Room was quiet and comfy. Lots of young families and solo travelers like me. Only thing I heard was the train horn. :) Highly recommended. I’ll be back in the fall when I come through to fish again!"
