The staff at the front was gone when we tried to change left for a while came back and they changed our room with apologies. New room smelled better but the beds were so worn you could see the sag without lay down. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to change hotels. Maid service never came. Trash from other guests was left in the vending ares for days. We had to ask for wash cloths at the front desk that she had to find. The elevator was our of serve. The ice machines on the first and second floor were also out of serve"
