"i was placed in the room directly next to the kitchen, there is no soundproofing what so ever so it was incredibly loud. my fire alarm went off for no reason in my room, i attempted to get assistance from front desk staff DURING HOURS OF OPERATION and no one answered the bell. i rang 4 separate times during an hour and no one showed. there are plenty of other places to stay besides here. i was wildly disappointed in my stay and would recommend staying at one of the other hotels nearby."

"Wij boekten een kamer maar kregen een huisje, wat wij helemaal prima vonden. De ontvangst was echt heel vreemd. Er was niemand bij de receptie dus belden het nummer wat aangegeven stond en binnen enkele minuten kwam er een vrouw binnen. We melden dat we graag wilden inchecken en het enige wat ze zei was “oh” op een toon van “ is dat zo?”. Ze zei ons dat we huisje nr 7 hadden en morgen kunnen we de sleutel achterlaten in het huisje morgen. Niet op de vriendelijkste toon. Aangezien ze hoog scoren...
"Room we booked is a room with private bathroom and kitchen. You could cook a full meal. It also has a couch. Only thing that could be improved are blackout curtains. And the TV position or rearranging the bed and couch to align with the TV. As well as having a remote for the Google Nest. Without it you can’t use the TV."
