"A touch of elegance with excellent customer service. The aircon as with many hotels works fine but is noisy so finding the sweet spot of temperature vs noisy aircon on the first night is something to work through but otherwise a lovely stay and will look to return if I can get a decent deal again."

"Excellent hotel with amazing amenities. We didn’t use them but the pool area and gym looked amazing. Breakfast is the best one we’ve had so far — omelet station was the cherry on top. It’s hard to figure out if we actually got the room we were offered which is why we are docking a star. When we showed up, the sofa bed was made for a 3rd person and the crib was missing (we had 2 adults and one infant). Before we checked in, they tried to upsell us to the “suite” for 1000+ NOK a night, no way! The person who installed our crib alluded us to having a different room. If they didn’t have the room we booked available to us, they should’ve upgraded for free."

"I booked the Deluxe Double room which was located on the 5th floor. My room was upgraded and beautiful! I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bed was so comfy and the room was very clean, pretty and quiet. I have some dietary needs due to health conditions and they were able to accommodate during the breakfast without extra charge. Staff was so very nice and helpful. Very pleased!"
