"Wonderful staff and property. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful. When we visited it was very hot, it was nice having air conditioning in the room. The sheets are great quality and the bed is very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Very pleased and cannot wait to visit again."

"Wonderful welcoming hotel, staff were great , the room was lovely. Perfect location for the Royal Albert Theatre and just across the road from Kensington Gardens. Quiet Road.
The bar staff were knowlegable and even found out how to make my favourite cocktail. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back. Thank you."
