"A beautiful relaxing gem in the fabulous chaos of London. Late-night check-in was a breeze, breakfast, steam room, sauna, and pool at your fingertips - excellent. The hotel has a chilled, luxurious vibe, is a short walk to the station—perfectly central. Staff were mostly lovely, helpful, and gave off friendly, welcoming energy - thanks Monique 😀. I’d definitely stay again—an ideal base in London for both work and play. "

"This hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious (we had a family suite room), the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the V&A and Natural History Museums and short walk to Harrods or a tube station, dinning and shops. Access to the pool depends on the schedule of the health club next door (swimming lessons etc)- looks like drop-in swim time is mostly on the weekends in the morning. The hop on/off bus stop was two steps away from the entrance....

"Great value hotel in downtown London, close to public transportation and just over the Westminster bridge. Breakfast was filling and delicious and staff were polite and professional. Our room was clean but bathroom did not have a main door. There is only a sliding door between the shower and the toilet which obviously affects privacy. Also, if you take a shower past 9am, there will only be cold water so take it earlier or the night before. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, I would still...
