"From the time we entered the lobby I noticed how clean and beautiful the property was. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless and smooth. Our room was a king room with an ocean view, the ocean view is looking out over the parking lot and across Highway 101, but still in Ocean view it was clean and very spacious. We only stayed one night, but definitely would stay again."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hilton hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The rooms and common areas did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. The customer service was also very poor. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the security guard was especially rude, making us feel unwelcome. The only employees who were kind and provided good service were the dining staff. "Room was clean, big and comfortable. The front desk lady (chona) was amazing and made us feel welcomed! She answered all our questions and very sweet. Sauna was amazing after a work out. Great location, close to many food options and gas stations. Would definitely stay again."
