"The Monterey Hotel was great find. Location was really good and the hotel was quaint and charming. The public areas were a little worn out but the rooms were in good shape and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Nice clean hotel located in the financial districts. It was about a 10 minute walk to little Italy and maybe 5 minutes to Chinatown. I definitely felt safe walking around this area. Rooms were clean and up to date. "

"Excellent stay - will definitely be back! Our family lives the games room & enjoyed the 2hrs free bikes. Too bad they don’t allow kids to use the bikes but we were able to rent a bike for our son juat around the corner from the hotel. "

"The staff at the Hotel and the Restaurant were Fantabulous, Excellent. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The only constructive criticisim its the parking lot maintenance and the hotel carpet seem like it was wrinkle (safety hazard). "
