"I get these check in emails that require my infor, proof of ID and cc info and then when I get to the desk, they ask for everything again! Kind of annoying I have to do it on line and again when I get there!"

"Enjoyed our stay. The glass wall into the bathroom was a bit disconcerting at first as one could see into the shower/bathroom. The coffee maker in room 223 did not work. The room was larger enough for us to visit with others. The parking in the parkade across the street was a bit of inconvenience at first as did not know to keep key to enter when checking out."
