"This place has become the place we stay at when flying out of Brisbane. It's so well located being across the street from the DFO, 5 minutes to the airport, and underground parking. Very clean comfortable good size rooms. Definately recommend."

"Harbourside Hotel is directly across the street from the beautiful (waterfront) esplanade, which we walked each night of our stay. Richard at the front desk was very welcoming and provided helpful dining suggestions. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food options."

"Brand new hotel with a nice ambience. However not a fan of open plan hotel room as in no door or wall for the bathroom. The shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle each have a frosted glass door but that’s all. The “wardrobe” is open area hanging rack. The roof top pool is nice but woefully small area for the size of the hotel. Bar area on level 12 is really nice. Watermelon and goats cheese salad is excellent."

"Modern hotel, well presented with easy access to its own eateries and the many offerings close by. Only downsides were a restricted number of car parks which meant our car was out on the street all night; and the lighting in the room is very subtle with a lack of bright lighting if you are doing make up as an example. Second time we have stayed and we will go back but will need to get there early to get a car parks"

"This motel accommodates exactly what you need. It’s a reasonably priced motel, in a great location for the airport and is clean. There are minor renovations going on around the reception, and I hope they look at upgrading the bathrooms in the rooms next."

"check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways."

"立地が最高でした！！エスプラネードも近く、朝の散歩が気持ちよかったです。早朝に着きましたが、ラウンジを開けてくれたため、メイクや荷物の整理をすることができました。（ソファがふかふかでゆっくり休めてありがたかったです！）お部屋はきれいで快適でした。歯ブラシのアメニティはありませんでしたが、フロントに言えば持ってきてくれました。お風呂の水圧が弱かったのと、水の違いかシャンプーの違いか分かりませんが、髪を洗うとギシギシになってしまったので、日本から使い慣れたものを持ってくることをおすすめします。コインランドリーは偶数階に設置されており、洗濯・乾燥それぞれ6ドルでできます。現金（コイン）が必要ですが、フロントで快く両替してくれました。（洗剤もフロントで買えます。）1階に給水機があり、毎日水筒に水を補充できたのがありがたかったです。フロントの人はみなさん優しく丁寧で、時間によっては日本人のスタッフもいらっしゃいました。ケアンズに来るなら、ぜひまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。"
