"If you have small children then this is a great resort. We didn’t go swimming as there were always so many children in the pool and spa. The buffet breakfast was great. I didn’t personally like the other food options that much. Lacked taste and appeared to be mass cooked. Check-in process was easy but getting the suit cases up two lots of stairs was hard as there isn’t a lift and no offer from staff the help us. "Staff were wonderful on Wednesday afternoon. They knew that we had a funeral in town and were extremely respectful and accomodating whilst we were all checking in and when we had a few drinks to remember our passed Uncle outside our hotel rooms. Thank you very much! "

"Room is big but old especially the toilet. No complimentary water for entry room. Location is decent, walkable 10mins to main street. Parking ample space. All tap leaking water slowly even when fully closed, the tap and the bathtub. Then even the toilet bowl was leaking water so it couldn't be flushed anymore. Made a complaint to front desk and they shifted us to a new upgraded room and mentioned waiver on carpark. Had to repack and upgraded room was pretty much the same except higher floor...
