"The condition of the bathtub in our room was unacceptable. That alone made us feel like the property was dirty although the sink was very clean, and new. We thought we might have been given a sub par room because we had a pet. We were told they were in the process of a renovation, and are waiting for permits."

"Horrible, we arrived early asked if room was ready, they had no one to check us in for early arrival, which was not that big of a deal, we asked to sit in lobby out of scorching heat with our severely disabled daughter ( on machine and in diapers) while we waited. Was told NO, you have to wait outside, lobby was open. I explained our daughter and still a big fat No. Finally was able to check in and they gave our king mobility suite away, which we booked and paid for a month in advance. They...
