"The staff was delightful, accommodated and early check-in for us road weary travelers. The lodge is old, and could use updating. Our room was clean, but the hallway was not. The room could have used a 2nd chair. It’s in a great location and we had a wooded view. It was quiet and comfortable and the a/c worked well. I would stay here again."

"property is fairly new and excellent for its location. nice view of the dam outside window. excellent room, comfortable beddings, high pressure shower despite being on the 4th fl and effective soundproofing. breakfast was delicious and with good choices. this property could have been 5/5, unfortunately an incident happen during breakfast like encountering a rude lunch lady in school who seems need to work more on her interpersonal skills."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not professional and seemed uninterested whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. It felt like customer service was not a priority. The hotel also had a very unpleasant odor. "The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were very nice and big. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had during our stay was the room I stayed in smelled like sewer. I was told that any room that ends in 18 is right above the sewer. The only things that is able to be done is spray the room. I would definitely stay in this hotel but I will make sure to not get a room ending in 18."

"We were given 309, but when we entered, immediately smelled musty, like backed up pipes. Went back and 1st they offered to put an ozone fan in room for 30 mins. That was unacceptable. Ultimately, we swapped out for 307 which smelled pleasant - thank goodness. Lamp above couch needed bulb replaced but that was ok. Staff was nice as always. Breakfast was great everyday we stayed. Wish they had water available all day (like coffee machine) We’ve stayed 4x and will continue to book there."

"The hotel is located on historic route 66 and nice looking, but all surrounding properties are a junk yard. Good parking especially if you have a long truck and trailer set up as several staying did and parked in the empty lot next door. Ice machine was broken. "This hotel was conveniently located for us on our way to CA from NM. We’ve stayed here before and been pleased. The breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, the price very reasonable. No complaints."
