"We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but unfortunately our most recent experience was very disappointing. We noticed that the cleanliness has significantly declined. During our last stay, there was blood on the wall right beside the bed, which was extremely concerning. We reported this to staff and were given the manager’s email to send the pictures and to follow up. After allowing plenty of time and even calling again, we never received a response. "Had to get maintenance man to fix the fireplace started. Remote control for the TV worked when he changed the battery. Fireplace was wide open or off so the room got a little cool by morning. Good food at the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here numerous times and usually good service. Seems maybe maintenance is a little lacking "
