"I was working from the hotel for 3 days. Housekeeping never checked to see if I needed clean towels or coffee. I had to go down at night and ask. I dropped my earring on the bathroom floor, when I knelt down there was 3 dirty towels and a bandaid under the vanity. There is no one at the front desk till 8am if you need anything and the restaurant isn't even open for breakfast or coffee. On the positive side, the room was modern."

"The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and organized. Was very quiet and a pleasant night stay. The pillows were so soft and bed was comfortable. Well suited for our little family including the cat. "

"You fill out a menu on what you would like for breakfast and just heat it in your room. Did not receive breakfast second day. Finally picked up juice and bagel on way out.Need to improve on the breakfast but other than that beautiful place."

"Rude untrained incompetent staff! We woke up freezing around 1 am & called the front desk to inform them we had no heat, I checked the thermostat & discovered the batteries were dead. We asked the night desk clerk for 2 aaa batteries, he became agitated & refused, he said if they had any they were in the utility room on the top floor & he can't leave the desk, I recommended he call a co-worker & he claimed he could not as it was against company policy! He asked for time to figure out a solution,...
