"I have stayed there twice in the last year. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and big-screen tv. The halls are wide, clean and well-lit. The lobby is clean and inviting. The beach on the lakefront is well-maintained and big enough for families with kids to have plenty of fun. It is only a block from downtown East Tawas shops and restaurants, and there is a reasonable restaurant on site."

"A place to stay when you require no extras— no pool, no gym, no ironing board, no breakfast. Microwave and fridge included. But very budget priced and clean. Comfortable bed, lots of space and decent toiletries. Balcony overlooking the water was amazing! I would stay here again. We just wanted a place to stay before heading to Mackinac island. Friendly checking and out."
