"Nice hotel and convenient location"

"There is no maid service at all. Stayed for 3 nights and had to call using my cell phone to call the main number because nobody answered the hotel desk phone in order to request towels and acted as if we were putting them out. Only a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel which was used first day and was not replaced because no maid service. Reserved a pool cabana and there was no drink service and they never even opened the cabana or pool bar. Had to call to inform the hotel desk and...

"There were not enough pillows and the blankets were scratchy and thin Breakfast was a poor affair. Coffee was cold and ran out quickly"

"nice clean roomy room. bar staff was excellent, but it could be a little bit bigger. extra charge of $14 to park in the lot behind the motel - since 98% of their guests are with a car, this was not expected or appreciated. overall nice property"
