"Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room."

"I went to check in room wasn't ready asked me if I wanted a queen room I said no and left and went and found a different room now I have been charged 187.96 for a room I didn't even use not a good experience"

"Great Parking and staff were really nice and helpful. There were different options for breakfast and the rooms were pretty nice."

"Great location and a good place to stay. Parking options are available across the street for free (weekends), or on property for considerable cost per night. The hotel was clean, but some of the fixtures are showing some age. The fitness room was very small, but the hotel did offer complimentary day pass to a local fitness facility across town. Overall, it was a good stay worth the price we paid."

"The room was clean and the sheets and pillowcases smelled amazing. The owners are very friendly and there to make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely be staying here when I am in Hiawatha for work!"
