Parking was easy; staff was kind. Breakfast opened late so that was annoying since we had somewhere to be. Loved the check-in cookies. The pool was pretty cloudy but seemed okay.

The front desk receptionist was amazing, the definition of customer service. The suite was spacious and it had everything we needed.

We have stayed here last 3 times we've been in Topeka, and 1st 2x, great, this time, nope. Bed was not comfortable, sink water pressure, NONE. This wasn't at all what we expected, will rethink staying here next time.

My daughter got stuck on the elevator with her friends. There was no sign on it and we found out later on when the fire department came that they had been there two other times that day. That's not ok and something should be done about it. management needs to reach out to me.

The property was great. Staff was great. Expedia was not. I got the wrong dates, The staff accommodated me. Expedia would not help us change the date. So we paid for a room we didn’t stay in because it was the wrong date.

Overall a nice hotel. Staff were very kind. We just had 2 complaints. We booked a room that said it slept 6 people (2 queen beds, 1 pull out double). The room we received had 2 queen beds and a futon. It worked for us since we had 5 people, but was not as described. Also the AC did not seem to work. The room was over 80 degrees when we arrived. We set the AC to 65 and it never got below 72. It was overly hot.

Not really what I hoped for

I was originally put into a pretty great room. Minus the stains on the couch, it was good. The person next to me was extremely noisy, so they moved me. I was really grateful for this, but the room I was moved to was not clean. There were hairs that were not mine all over the bathroom, someone else's used cup on the floor, and it was freezing cold because the heat wouldn't work right.

Was given a room that someone was staying in. Then given a new room that was clean. However, the next morning at 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was asleep. Find out they put me down under the wrong room number and thought it was empty. Then I find out I was charged a late check out fee from my email and after checking my bank account even though I checked out early. My bill I was emailed had me under the wrong room number.

The room was spacious. Upon check-in the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. What we did not care for was the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. I dropped and broke a small mirror on the bathroom floor. After picking up the pieces of of broken mirror, I grabbed a face towel and wiped the floor in front of the shower and near the sink in case I missed small pieces of the mirror. After wiping a small section of the floor, I looked at the towel and it was filthy. I turned the towel over and continued to wipe the floor. That side of the towel again was filthy. It was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned for weeks, to have that much dirt. Upon checking out I gave the towel to the employee at the counter. She did not seem concerned, but did say she would tell the housekeeping manager.
