"Great rental that is centrally located. Walking distance to downtown, with shops and restaurants just a outside your door. The rental is everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Plenty of room to cook and entertain. The unit also has a washer dryer which was handy. The living area has a good amount of room to relax. "The property itself was perfect! Nice easy to find area, nice and clean. I grew up in the North East so I know the area very well. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't sent the code for the key safe, I had to ask the nice lady in the other unit how I could get inside, she had to phone the lady who cleans the unit and ask her what the code for the key safe was.... reflects badly on the owner! "This was the absolute perfect place to stay with a toddler. There was ample space and the apartment was quite comfortable. I have frequently stayed in hotels in Launceston and this was a much better option."
