"The room was great! I selected a room with the whirlpool. It worked wonderfully, from the water temperature to the pressure of the whirlpool jets.

"We had a very late (1:30 AM) check-in. We were greeted at the door. When the front desk was checking us in, we mentioned we hadn't had dinner due to delayed flights. She came out with a bag of bagels, yogurt, muffins and water. It was beyond appreciated! The hotel layout was unique. The room was great and very clean. Nothing but good things to say. We normally stay at top of the line hotels and were pleased at the level of quality and service."

"I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!"

"We stay here every few months when visiting family in the area. It’s the best hotel for the price, rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, and the included breakfast is great. "Early morning check out no one was at the desk. Informed security I was checking out and took the shuttle to airport. Check my credit card a few days later to see if they had released the hold on my card they haven’t. Called to find out why they didn’t check me out yet after 3 days. Couldn’t believe it. "Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it.
