"The room was clean but the shower faucet was ready to fall off. The staff at check in was great. The restaurants have off hours with nothing open between 1:30 and 5. Beautiful lobby with comfortable feel. "

"The staff were amazing! Can't beat the pool and atrium area, it felt like a real vacation eating breakfast down there. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Large room, very clean. A few things were out of order (both treadmills, the juice machine with breakfast) but we made do. Will definitely stay again! "

"I absolutely love this hotel bc my daughter loves the pool and it’s very affordable. They are dog friendly (I have a service dog but I like it’s dog friendly) in general. The staff is very nice and the only downfall is the restaurant that’s in there as you walk in doesn’t have a kids menu and their food isn’t great and it’s expensive! But the ice cream shakes are good…but that’s my only compliment on that particular place to eat. "
