"The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were only 12 inches wide like pillows you put on a couch. I addressed this and asked for full-size pillows, but I was ignored. The pillows that are pictured on the website show full-size, but they were not it was ridiculous. "The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!"
