"Cordial & welcoming staff. Great hospitality ! We noticed a friendly vibe among the Lodge’s other Guests too. Clean rooms. Incredible Lake view provided serene environment. Breakfast was properly maintained (no items ran out), coffee was very good & food was decent. Continental breakfast on weekdays, plus eggs, sausage etc on weekend. We walked next door for dinner at Hawg BBQ, which was good & reasonably priced. I look forward to returning to Lake Chatuga Lodge for R&R, & to explore the surrounding area. "
