Hotels with Amazing Views in Northeast Arizona

"easy quick overnight for our trip to monument valley, beds are comfy and rooms are clean but dated. no ice or WiFi. was nervous reading other reviews, but if you adjust your expectations, this place is just fine!"

"If you are a senior this is not the hotel for you. There is no elevator. When we were told that our room was on the second floor, we asked if there were any rooms available on the ground floor. She said no. We struggled to get our luggage up to our room. Our room was so cold. I turned off the overhead fan and the A/C but the room did not warm up. We went to phone the front desk but the room does not have a phone. So I looked up the phone number for the hotel and called the hotel and spoke to the front desk. Someone did come up and get the heat to work but it took hours for the room to get to an acceptable temperature. When my husband was lugging the suitcase back down the stairs a woman said to me don't you love this hotel - "We got here late last night and I was so happy to get a room on the ground floor because I have bad knees" Boy, that was disappointing to hear. We did not enjoy our stay at all. We did tell the front desk of our issues and they did not seem to care. We won't be coming back!"

"Dirty room, room did not have a smoke alarm. Front desk staff seemed annoyed that i wanted to haveva room with a smoke alarm but let me move to different room that did have an alarm. "

"Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold. Then, over charged by $10"
