"We stayed there a few years ago and really liked the hotel. This time we stayed 2 nights; our room was on the 2nd floor. I have problems using stairs due to a knee injury and asked for a 1st floor room, they were fully booked (a travel bus arrived right after us). They allowed us to split the room cost between 2 credit cards, myself and my sister, so we each paid for a night. The day we were leaving a staff member took my bag down the stairs for me so I could hold the handrail.

"This is an old hotel, There are no elevators so you have to lug your bags to the second floor up steps. Inside the room, there was not enough space to put our two suitcases down and still be able to walk. The walls are thin and you can hear people's conversations and every door slam shut. No included breakfast. Wifi didn't work. Shower gel was empty in the dispenser. The parking was easy and the staff were friendly. Very convenient to Canyon de Chelly NM."
