"I want to start off by saying I would go back and my “issues” are personal preference and just me being honest. The property and staff were not the issue at all. Everything was great the room was great the staff were great. My issues are more because of past experiences with other hotels and maybe having too high expectations for the price. The beds were very uncomfortable my boyfriend ended up like the pull out couch better which I think speaks volumes. There is no “do not disturb” signs and even tho we told the gentleman at the front desk that we didn’t want housekeeping they kept randomly walking in when they please. But hey whatever. I get that it’s the beach and it’s hot outside but all the hotels I’ve had at a beach with a pool, the pool has been heated. Our stay was probably not the best example for the pool temp because there was some storms and cooler than normal temps but I thought I’d mention it incase other people are looking for the heated pool. I found it very odd that children were allowed in the “spa” which is actually just a hot tub connected to the indoor pool. I would also like to mention that the hotel is honestly kind of creepy and apparently there is a Reddit page dedicated to this hotel being creepy. Once again tho, personal preference. The location of the hotel is awesome and we did get a room that you could see the beach which was nice. If you enjoy North Wildwood then I would recommend this hotel."
